Access to, and use of, this website and any other Pietrasanta services is subject to the following terms and conditions, and all applicable laws, and acknowledges that any other agreements between the user and Pietrasanta are superseded with respect to the subject matter hereof. Before using any Pietrasanta service, please read the following terms and conditions. By using our products and services you are agreeing to comply with these Terms of Use. Should you not agree to be bound by these terms of use, please do not use our services.
You may only purchase these products from Pietrasanta's website, or through official Pietrasanta branded pages on the third party platforms, if you are 16 years of age, or older.
Pietrasanta is a registered trademark of FDM Jewellery Ltd. Any reference to “Pietrasanta”, “FDM Jewellery”, “we”, “us”, and “our” on this website, Terms & Conditions, Exchanges and Returns notice and Privacy Notice shall refer to FDM Jewellery Ltd.

These terms of use, together with our Privacy Notice govern the use of these services, and any services on which these Terms of Use are included. Similarly, all intellectual property rights to the same, collectively, the “Service Content”, are owned by Pietrasanta, our licensors, or both. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms of Use are expressly reserved.
Account Registration
In order to access or use some features of our services, you may have to become a registered user. If you are under the age of sixteen (16), then you are not permitted to register as a user, sign up for any promotional messages, or otherwise provide any personal information to us.
By becoming a registered user, you will provide true, accurate and complete registration information. During registration, you will create a user name and password. By using Pietrasanta services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. Pietrasanta reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion where you have breached these Terms.
Our Services may include sending you promotional e-mails/newsletters and/or text/SMS messages. If you subscribe to receive these, they will be sent to you until you unsubscribe via any of our disclosed methods. To receive any these communications from us, you will be required to register and provide certain personal data. Our use of this personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any loss or damage caused by your reliance on any Service Content.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pietrasanta and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, obligations, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of, related to, or that may arise in connection with: (i) User Content provided by you; (ii) any violation or breach by you of these Terms of Use; or (iii) your acts or omissions whilst using the Services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pietrasanta and its associated parties disclaim any and all warranties including any: (1) warranties that our services will meet your requirements; (2) warranties concerning the availability, accuracy, security, usefulness, timeliness, or informational content of our services or service content; (3) warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose; (4) warranties for services or goods received through or advertised or accessed through our services; (5) warranties concerning the accuracy or reliability of the results that may be obtained from the use of our services; (6) warranties that your use of our services will be secure or uninterrupted; and (7) warranties that errors in our services or service content (including software) will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
Pietrasanta will not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages of any kind, under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, use, data, loss of other intangibles, loss of security of submissions or other materials or information you have provided in connection with your use of the website, or unauthorized interception of any such materials or information by third parties, even if advised in advance of such damages or losses. Your sole and exclusive remedy for the dissatisfaction with the website or any materials created through the website is to stop using the website.
Termination of Account
We reserve the right in our sole discretion and at any time to terminate or suspend your account and/or block your use of our Services for any reason including, without limitation if you have failed to comply with these Terms of Use. You agree that Pietrasanta is not liable to you or any third party for any termination or suspension of your Membership or for blocking your use.
Any suspension or termination shall not affect your obligations to us under these Terms of Use. The provisions of these Terms of Use which by their nature should survive the suspension or termination of your Membership or these Terms of Use shall survive including, but not limited to the rights and licences that you have granted hereunder, indemnities, releases, disclaimers, limitations on liability, provisions related to choice of law.

These Terms of Sale, together with the Terms of Use, Privacy Notice and Cookie notice, constitute the contract of sale between Pietrasanta ("we", "our", “Pietrasanta Ltd.”) and the customer ("customer", "you", "user"), for the Pietrasanta products ("products", "items", "bijoux") sold via Pietrasanta branded websites ("website") and 3rd party platforms.
Please read these Terms of Sale, as well as all other Pietrasanta Terms and Policies, and ensure that you understand them. When placing an order through a Pietrasanta website, or an official 3rd party platform, you will be asked to confirm that you agree to these terms, and by purchasing any our products or services you adhere to these conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you will be unable complete your order. If you are purchasing a Pietrasanta product via a thrid party platform, by placing your order and submitting your details you will be agreeing to, and acknowledging, these terms.
We may update these Terms, as set out below. For each order that you place, please be sure to check that you have read, and agree to, the most recent terms.
You may only purchase these products from Pietrasanta's website, or through official Pietrasanta branded pages on the third party platforms, if you are 16 years of age, or older.

The products on this website are sold by Pietrasanta Ltd, company no. 12449980, Registered office: 60 Quarrendon St. SW6 3SU, London, UK. By placing an order via this website you agree to the following terms governed by both FDM Jewellery Ltd and Pietrasanta Ltd.
This contract is governed by English Law.
Products
The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. All of our bijoux are hand-made, with components and beads that are produced using machinery or made by hand individually. As a result, the shapes, colours, and sizes of each item and/or component may differ slightly from the image shown.
Our bijoux are carefully created, hand-picking each component. Possible signs of wear may be visible on certain components, and are a result of the machine manufacturing or hand-made process. These do not constitute a fault. Although we have made every effort to display the Products accurately, the products by you received may vary slightly from the images presented. Similarly, the packaging of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our site.
The silver and gold-coated silver wiring, clasps and studs may tarnish naturally over time. Tarnishing is not a fault, and to avoid this, you may use a lint-free cloth to clean the metals components of your bijoux. Similarly, as the metal components may bend under pressure, we advise that the bijoux be stored and transported in rigid boxes to avoid any external pressure compromising the item.
Please ensure that your bijoux avoid contact with perfumes, sprays, cosmetics, creams, water, and moisture, as it may lead to discoloration of the resin, plastic and metal components. Similarly, please avoid extreme temperatures, humidity, sunlight, or spotlights, as this will compromise the quality and features of the bijoux. These factors may lead to a fault, and may be avoided by if cared for as outlined above. With regards to general care of your bijoux, we advise that they be kept in a cool, dark and dry place, and be cleaned with lint-free cloths. Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a manufacturing fault.
We are not responsible for any damage due to negligence, and damage or faults caused by wear and tear are the responsibility of the owner.
Supply of Products and Services
The information displayed on our website is updated regularly to reflect the true state of our products and services. The supply of our products will be subject to the live availability of the product in stock. Should a product be unavailable, this you will be notified before attempting to place your order and the possibility to purchase said product will be made unavailable. In the unlikely event that an order is placed for an item that is out of stock, our team will contact you via email to either cancel and refund your order, or allow you to update your order with another item. Alternatively, you may request to be notified by email to be placed on the waiting list for when this item is made available again.
Ordering
By placing an order through our official website, or through an official point of sale on a third party platform, you acknowledge and abide by these Terms of Sale, and any other Terms and Conditions and Notices made available to you on our platforms. Should the sale take place on an official third party platform, you will be required to accept their terms and conditions.
Before placing an order, you will be required to provide personal information that will be used on a contractual basis to provide you with the necessary service to prepare your order and have it shipped correctly to you. Please take time to ensure that the information that you provide is correct. You are responsible for any erroneous information may lead to an unsuccessful delivery of the order. Should a mistake be made in providing this information after the order has been placed, but prior to the order being processed and shipped, you may contact us via email to rectify the mistake. Once the order has been processed and shipped, no information may be altered and you will be responsible for this fault.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. This will be your electronic receipt. The contract will be enforced upon successful payment of your order, and may be enforced irrespective of a confirmation email being sent by us, or received by you.
Upon placement of an order, it will be processed and then accepted before the item(s) are shipped to you. A successful payment and placement of an order via our point of sales does not mean that your order has been accepted, and Pietrasanta retains the right to refuse any orders at our discretions. Should this be the case, we will refund your order accordingly.
If the order is placed within Europe, please expect 1-2 days for the processing of your order, in addition to the time taken for your order to be delivered to you. For orders placed outside of Europe, please expect a further day to process necessary paperwork.

Price, Payment and Specification
The prices for the items in your order are agreed at the point of successful purchase. Prices prior to the payment of the order may be subject to change without prior notice. Should an order be accepted that contains erroneously displayed prices, you will be notified as soon as this mistake has been made apparent. We will give you the option to cancel your order, update your order with the correct price, or request a refund.
The price of our products does not include delivery charges. You will be asked to confirm and pay a delivery supplement depending on the type of available shipping service chosen by you. Where stated, and where applicable, the price our products include VAT at the current and chargeable UK rate.
The price and description of each item will be set out in the quotation presented prior to you submitting the order. The total price of your order shall consist of a single price per item, quantities of items ordered, VAT if applicable, any discounts applied to the item(s) ordered, and the delivery fee.
Payment of the order shall constitute the contract between Pietrasanta and you, under the terms outlined in: Terms of Sale, Terms and Conditions, Shipping Information, our Disclaimer and Privacy Notice.
The final payment will be in GBP. We are not responsible for additional fees that your payment service provider may charge you as a result of a payment made in a foreign currency.
Care Instructions
All Pietrasanta bijoux are created using the highest quality beads and components. Please follow these steps to ensure that your items are not damaged or compromised.
The wiring, clasps and studs may tarnish naturally over time. Tarnishing is not a fault, and to avoid this, you may use a lint-free cloth to clean the metals components of your bijoux. With regards to general care of your bijoux, we advise that they be kept in a cool, dark and dry place, and be cleaned with lint-free cloths. Tarnishing or discolouration due to chemical contact is not a manufacturing fault.

Delivery
Prior to completing your order, you may have the possibility of selecting your preferred delivery service.
Orders will be shipped to the address provided during the check-out process. We are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to erroneously provided information.
Please expect 1-2 days for the processing orders within the EU, in addition to the time taken for your order to be delivered to you. The time of delivery is dependent on the service by you chosen, our ability to commit to your requested delivery date, or any events outside of Pietrasanta’s control. Should there be issues related to the delivery of your order, we will notify you via email.
Orders to be delivered outside of the EU will require additional days to process your order and generate relevant documentation. Fees due to your county’s customs are to be paid by you, and Pietrasanta is not responsible for any costs required outside those stated in the confirmation of order.

Intellectual Property Rights
Following the purchase of an item, the specifications, designs of each bijoux - including the copyright, design right and any other intellectual property contained in them – will not pass to you and will remain property of Pietrasanta.
Records, Business Continuity, Data Protection and Privacy
Our Privacy Notice governs the collection, management, processing and sharing of your personal data. Please refer to these terms – they are part of this contact, and by placing your order you abide by them.
Pietrasanta has appropriate business continuity and disaster recovery plans in place through the products and platforms used to provide its services.
