Pietrasanta’s services are aimed at individuals of 16 years and above, and our products and services are designed and intended for adults. This Privacy Notice applies to adults whose data has been collected via appropriate legal grounds.
What personal data do we collect?

The information we may automatically collect includes: your IP address, log-in information, location information, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, information about your visit, length of visits to certain pages, page and App interactions, data on the URL clickstream to, through and from our Website, user behaviour such as length of Apps use, and unique device identifiers, your advertising ID, products you viewed or searched for, videos you have accessed, media download for offline access, screen resolution, device processing power and memory, download errors, playback errors and buffering issues, "cookies" and "web beacons".
Personal data may be collected from other sources if you use any third party platforms where Pietrasanta operates its accounts, such as social media. Pietrasanta’s products and services are designed and intended for adults. Therefore, any data collected that is thought to belong to under-age individuals will be deleted as soon as we become aware of it.
